Lithology and Thickness

In the south - brecciated limestones, sandstones, marls with gypsum interlayers in the lower part (thickness 8-50m); in the north - gray siltstone (aleurolites), limestones, sandstones with interlayers of red-colored clays (thickness 5-20m).

Relationships and Distribution

Lower contact

Conformably overlies the Udan-Tau Fm

Upper contact

It is overlain with erosion by the Bukhara Fm of the Paleocene.
